This book gives a broad introduction to the life and work of Asger Jorn (1914-1973), one of the most significant Scandinavian artists. Jorn created a vast oeuvre of paintings, prints, tapestries, ceramics, collages and sculpture, characterized by a continuous effort to radically renew any of the media he was working with.
