The result of five years of research by Alexius Feit, this book is the first in French devoted to the Spanish manufactory of Alcora, inaugurated in 1727, which has been one of the best in 18th century Europe.
The first part of the book pays tribute to the two Earls of Aranda, owners of the manufactory in the 18th century. The great decorative series which marked the manufactory are then described with numerous illustrations.
In the second part of the book offers a catalogue of 330 faience pieces, of which around hundred never seen before, with their graphic source.
