When they met at the Beaux-Arts, Jacques Ruelland (1926-2008) was a painting student and his future wife Dani (1933-2010) a sculpture student. They rapidly combined their talents, innovating in the work of forms, volumes and materials.
This monograph, published on the occasion of the exhibition at the Galerie Thomas Fritsch (Paris, 2014), presents the artistic work of Jacques and Dani Ruelland, whose creations, particularly influenced by the world of dance, have left their mark on the world of ceramics.
