Augmented, pocket-size edition of 1986 publication
This monograph pays an almost exhaustive homage to French designer and decorator Eugène Printz (1889-1948), whose work is characterised by a subtle respect of 18th century furniture tradition.
During his career, Printz singles out by the use of rare and precious woods, as ebony, kekwood or palm, often combined to metal. His works took place in the houses of the Princesse de la Tour d'Auvergne, Jeanne Lanvin or in the Musée des Colonies, among others.
