This catalogue of the exhibition devoted to Yves Klein (1928-1962) gathers over a hundred works: the Cosmogonies, the Fires, the Coloured Fires, the Planetary Reliefs, the Monochromes, the Air Architecture and the immaterial works.
In the light of the artist's writings, it presents the thought of "Yves the Monochrome" who, by reviving the ancient concepts of nature and cosmos, realized the "old dream of men and imagination to play with the elements of nature, to direct and control their phenomena and manifestations".
