Exhibition at the Domaine national de Chambord, 1 May - 4 September 2022
Based in France since 1978, Pablo Reinoso (1955-) is world-renowned for his subversions of objects and his creations at the frontier between sculpture, installation, design, architecture and painting. Sensitive to the challenges that mark our era, the climate crisis in particular, the Argentine-born artist explores these questions in his recent works, considering the delicate balances that govern ecosystems.
At Chambord, where nature and culture communicate in a particularly vibrant way, Reinoso has chosen to reflect on the possible harmony between the human and the natural, by understanding the architecture itself as a living element.
Through richly illustrated texts, this catalogue of the most important exhibition ever devoted to Pablo Reinoso sheds light on this hymn to hybridisation, to the beauty and strength of flow, and to all its excesses.
